3. Eligibility

My Sunrise App provides tools and features to support individuals in their traumatic brain injury (TBI) recovery journey, including:

- Personal data collection and analytics
- Premium features including AI-powered insights and photo uploads
6. Account Registration and Security
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
7. Subscription Plans and Billing
7.1 Service Tiers
- Free Trial: trial access to basic features
- Basic: unlimited access to core features
- Premium: includes AI features, photo uploads, and additional analytics
7.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize recurring charges.
7.3 Billing and Renewals
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
7.4 Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided — if you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until your paid period expires
- Refunds may only be requested by contacting customer support and are granted at our sole discretion
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge
8. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the app, including journal entries, photos, and personal data. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA requirements.

- You may request complete data deletion by contacting customer support
- HIPAA-covered information will be retained and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
19. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
